Overnight Associate
Full or part-time
$9/Hour

The Overnight Associate works directly under the supervision of the Animal Care Supervisor. Typical work schedules include overnight hours (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) or whenever The Barkley™ is closed for business to the public. The basic responsibility of the Overnight Associate is to provide general security and supervision of the facilities. Secondary duties include nightly cleaning of floors, tubs, bathrooms, trashcans, vacuum cleaners, common areas, vacant animal play areas, and general preparation of the facility for public opening on the following morning. He/she must be alert and aware of the safety of pet guests at all times. Problems or concerns are to be reported immediately. Comfort with dogs/cats is preferred, however, no experience is required. This is a full-time, salaried position, however, qualified part-time employees may be used.
