Reservations
To ensure quality service, reservations can only be guaranteed with a one-night advance deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made no later than five (5) days prior to arrival. During the holidays or peak seasons, we require a two-night deposit with a full refund if cancellations are made no later than ten (10) days prior to arrival. For availability, it is recommended that holiday and peak time reservations be made well in advance. We require a two-night minimum stay for the long-weekends of: We request 24-hour notification for cancellation of day care, day spa, and rehabilitation services, so that we may reschedule without charging for missed appointments. At this time, reservations can only be secured at The Barkley or over the telephone at (440) 248-2275.
